ONLINE TRAINING

These plans are built based on your ability and your choice of at home or gym workouts. This is the best way to develop the independence that you need to eventually be able to hold yourself accountable without any additional guidance.

FACTS

Exercise is not a punishment for the bad foods that you eat. It’s a celebration of what your body can do. Your Quality of Life depends on your ability to perform basic movements through maximum range of motion. Be intentional and move with a purpose throughout your workouts. Remember, you only have this one body to take you through your entire life.​

Physical Training 

You simply can’t out train poor nutrition. If you aren’t eating directly towards your goals you will never reach them. You must have structure when it comes down to meal planning and your preparation. You can't just put any fuel in your car and expect it to go the distance. The same concept stands for your body. 

Eating Habits

The Body can’t go where the Mind won’t lead it. Progress can’t grow when there’s no Effort to feed it. The first thing that you have to understand is that there will always be an obstacle between where you are and where you want to be. So when the hard times come, don't get deterred, become determined. When life throws you a curveball don't get distracted, rely on your discipline. Just train your Mind and the Body will follow.
