On Tuesdays we lift! Because when it’s time to “Pick Up Something” you have no choice! During the Power Hour we’ll be building your entire body from the ground up. Starting with the basics in the beginning and continue to develop your skills and knowledge in Strength Training. With that being said, you definitely don’t want to miss any days whether you’re a beginner or a regular at the gym.​​

This class has been a hit since we first started in August, and it's continuing to grow and evolve. All we focus on Thursday nights is keeping that core tight, transforming legs to thunder thighs, and perking up that peach. Remember, you won’t build the butt you want just sitting on it, so bring it to Cheek’s Cafe and let us show you how we do it.

 Our goal with the Alpha Luna concept is to denounce predefined misconceptions of what men and women can do and cultivate a multidimensional training environment of individuals ready to take charge of their health!​​ This is not your regular class but instead a space for you to safely challenge yourself and develop a growth mindset and reach your potential.
